Jason Crabtree holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he gained a solid foundation in business principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning. After graduating, Jason began his career as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, developing invaluable expertise in strategic planning and problem-solving for Fortune Global 500 companies. His role involved leading strategy consulting teams, delivering insights and solutions to clients’ most pressing challenges, and cultivating a process-oriented mindset while developing leadership skills that have seamlessly transitioned into the high-end residential construction industry.

With over 20 years of experience as a Master Builder, Jason specializes in creating one-of-a-kind legacy homes. He approaches home building with the same strategic rigor and precision as managing high-stakes strategy projects for most discerning of clients. His commitment to excellence and structured approach ensure that every project is handled with meticulous attention to detail and the thorough problem-solving expertise he has developed over the years.

Drawing from a dynamic career in television production, where she navigated roles both in front of and behind the camera, Kat cultivated a keen eye for producing, attention to detail, and storytelling. Her transition into custom home design and building was a natural fit, given her passion for innovative craftsmanship and creative architectural challenges. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Kat thrives on collaborating and orchestrating professional trade partners and making design and construction decisions on and off-site.

Kat’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of a custom home project is executed with intention and precision. Her ability to drive projects to completion, coupled with her strategic planning skills, ensures that every home is built to the highest standards. In her role as Director of Operations, she seamlessly coordinates the complex interplay of trades and crafts involved in building luxury custom homes, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision and meets their highest expectations.

In beautiful Austin, Texas, Kat brings her passion for creating legacy homes to life, expertly managing the day-to-day orchestration of the design and construction process. NATIONAL BUYING POWER SAVINGS

We are an active member of CBUSA, which is a leading group purchasing organization (GPO). Group purchasing allows builder members to lock in lower material costs through group buys with other local contractors and earn rebates through brand partnerships. GPOs allow small builders to maintain independence while also providing access to brand reps from some of the industry’s biggest brand names – a perk typically reserved for national builders. With our “Open Book Policy” our bookkeeper shares the exact costs of your project. Therefore, any savings that we receive by being a member of this group are directly passed to our clients, which means you.
